We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Cosabella pieces, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and hygienic liners intact to be eligible for a refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a secure mailer, ensuring all original labels and packaging are included.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
